Sister Sarah M. The first time I was convicted was when i was five years old in Arizona. We were just leaving a game place just like Chucky Cheese. We were in a rental car and the song that was playing was "When the Roll is Called Up Yonder" and I was just understanding the difference between right and wrong.
Sunday night, June 15, 2008, at the end of revival services I was convicted during the end of the service. Brother Gonzalez, from Farmington, Arkansas, was our revival preacher. He came to preach the revival and Sunday night was the last revival service. It was the end of the last service and we were going to shake his hand. He was confronting all the kids about salvation and when he got to me I was very convicted. I went back to my pew and prayed and asked God to save my sould with my head the first time. Then I asked again with all my heart and Jesus Christ saved my soul.
I was baptized and added on Sunday, June 22, 2008.
My testimony was written on October 20, 2008 at 11 years old. ~Sister Sarah Morris |
